Help! Help! I have at the moment a vinyl (probably easily removalble wallpaper, but underneath is the definate problem. It has a layer of a wallpaper that is totally STUCK to the underlayer of wallpaper and I can't seem to loosen it. At the moment, I am working behind the frig, so as not to totally create havoc in the kitchen. I guess, I am asking for the best product out there or maybe I should just paint over the vinyl at make it easy for myself. If that were the case, how would I go about preparing and painting over the wallpaper. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
