I have a black slate enrty that has been waxed. My daughter spilled rubbing alcohol and it turned the floor whitish in that spot. I suspect the wax on top of the slate was damaged, but I am having trouble removing the wax with a wax stripper solution (Bruce 5 min. wax remover that I found in the basement)--it is still whitish. Any suggestions?
Then I probably should do something to get the whole floor looking great and seal it. Any suggestions for that?
