ge frig problem

I am a tech. A stuck defrost timer will either stick in defrost causing a no cool or stick in cool causing the evaporator coils to freeze up and blocking air flow. If this was the case you wouldn't have ice in bottom because it would not be defrosting. You wouls also loose cooling. Ice on floor is caused by a plugged drain. Freezing in refrigerator is probably a bad cod control or damper.
