I hung a Swarski Chandelier over my dining room table. My wife and I have a difference of opinion about how low the bottom of the Chandelier should be from the ceiling. How many inches should the base of the Chandelier be from the ceiling. If it has something to do with height, I'm 6 feet and my wife is 5 feet 3 inches.
