I have a friend that just painted her paneling in her mobile home.
What she did first is fill in the paneling then she wallpapered it
with a textured wall paper then painted it. It looks real good and
you would never know it had paneling under the wall paper and it
just looks like a real nice textured wall. Hope his helps.
