I have an opportunity to get a jungle-gym set made of pressure treated wood. I am now reading the great concern with the chemical used in treating the lumber and that it is laced with arsnic. Would there be any way to seal this chemical in by painting the jungle gym? If so, what type of paint would be recommended? How often would it need to be reapplied? Is the concern over the chemical in the lumber such that it would not be recommended to to even bother with a used jungle gym? Thanks for any insight.
