I bought a house about 1 yr. ago and they raved about the on demand water heater. Now, it's acting up in that the water periodically gets cold in the shower (and back to hot) and the pipes make this screeching sound that could wake up the whole neighborhood.
It seems like most plummbers have never worked with on-demand tankless water heaters.
Has anyone had this problem?
Can anyone suggest how we go about getting it fixed?
