Sealing a pressure treated deck for health protection

I have a new construction job that will have kids using decks in bare feet etc. I am concerned about the carcinogens/poisions that are inherent in the pressture treated lumber. I want to stain the deck and seal it with something that will prevent the contact with these poisons.

Any suggestions?
