I recently had my basement finished. As an afterthought, I realized that when in the basement I would not and could not hear my door bell.
I have considered repalcing with a wireless system as the walls are closed and running wire for a door chime in the basement is not an option. Or at least I don't see it as an option.
What I would like to know is if anyone has had experience with installing wireless door chimes.
I would like one button with two chimes, one main floor, one basement. we have no back door that needs a chime.
