Piers?

I would be concerned. I live in Oklahoma and what you are describing is very common in this state. When the earth settles your foundation will settle with it. When that starts happening you house will let you know by showing you cracks in ceilings, walls, etc.
My first suggestion would be to have someone come out and look at the situation. The foundation may have to be "piered" and for each peir (in oklahoma) you will be looking at 1-2 thousand dollars. If the problem runs the length of your house you may be looking a dozen or so piers. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
