The DIP TUBE in the hot water heater can desinegrate and fill the hot lines with a strange plastic debris.........usually plugging the lines at the valves and faucets.......
Can you get water from the bottom of the hot water tank........or any other faucet ?
ONLY One faucet not working?......A single-handle faucet sometimes has a "cartridge" that needs replacing......
