I am working on a stucco finished house built in 1924. The stucco and wire mesh are applied directly to the studs. I have discovered sever rot and termite damage at a bottom corner (triple 2x6 beam, double 2x6 girder, and sill). How do I repair/replace the rotted & termite damage?
