If you are using latex you will not eliminate brush or roller marks. It dries too quickly. Oil base paint is the answer. It's slow drying characteristics allows it to level out much better than the latex. You can't completely eliminate the strokes but it does look much nicer. Use a good quality natural bristle brush and be patient. You have a big job ahead of you. Good luck.
