There are no manuals on your web site. I moved into a house with a rainsoft system already installed and rainsoft has not provided a manual for me yet. I have all the papers the original owners received and there is no manual. I have tried to get one but they apparantly are not available. i am getting the impression that rainsoft wants their service people to take care of everything, and they are very expensive to come out and service. I have not been impressed.
