cracked bathroom sink

Hi everyone. The porcelain surface of our bathroom sink is becoming chipped and cracked. The counter itself is in fine condition, as is the faucet. is there any product out there I can use to re-do the surface of the sink, rather than having to replace it? Thanks for any help.
