I need help----My wife put up an adhesive backed vinyl front Precious Moments wallpaper border several years ago on a semi gloss painted wall. I need to remove it.
I have tried paint thinner and DIF, Spic n Span and several other products to no avail. I notice borders of this nature are still being sold but with no instructions on how to remove them.
Can you help
PS: By adhesive backed I mean peel off the backing and put it on the wall (no need to use paste)---much like scotch tape.
