How big an area do you have to fill? Is this concrete block or solid poured concrete. Basically you just need some "mortar mix". Buy a bag at home ctr, mix with water and slop it up there with a trowel. If gap is bigger than a couple inches then use bricks or chunks of concret to fill in and stick it all together with the mortar mix.
