Crafsman Garage Door Opener

Having problem with garage door opener not closing by the remote controls. The unit will open and close by the wall mount unit and also can open the opener by the remote controls. When we try to close the opener by the remote it will not close. Have checked the sensor's and one is green and the other is yellow. Any suggestions?
