LOW FLUSH TOILET

I have three low flush toilets in my New England home. The problem is, they don't really move the waste well. I have a real problem with constipation, and my logs are as big as a childs leg and hard as a rock, and they seem to have a hard time breaking apart and turning the corner, so I am constantly plunging the darn things. On top of that, we use two ply, plush toilet paper, and that stuff seems to swell when it hits the water, making matters worse.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to increase the flow of my toilets?
