The scam is a little complicated to move from state to state easily. You have to find good lawyers and really know the law in the state you are operating in so this is not a fly-by-night, gypsy kind of operation. But I'll bet that with the heat that they are taking, they will move to another state eventually. Either that or take a nice long vacation in the Bahamas or Rio or some other place where extradition is tough.
