Try to punch a hole through the obstruction with a plumber's snake from the outside exhaust until your reach the opening in the house. Pull out some of the snake and use wire to tie it securley to piece of chicken wire that has been rolled up small enough to fit the duct hole. Tie a trailing string to the bottom of the chicken wire so you can pull from the opposite direction in case it gets stuck. Now pull the snake from the outside to remove obstruction. The Chicken wire grabs just about anything that can be found in the duct.
