My suggestion is that u do not try to resurface your own bathtub. This is ona job that should be left yo the professional. In the long run (3 mo. to 1 yr.)it will prove to cost less and be a lot less inconvenient. You will end up with a much nicer finished product. Get a refinisher that does not use an epoxy based product. You can tell htis by the cure time It should be 48hrs to 4 hrs
