A year ago, I recognized a mold/mildew odor coming from the crawlspace and discovered a leak in the plumbing. Fixed the leak. Sprayed the wood in crawlspace with bleach/water solution. (The area has no other water problems and does have proper ventilation and vapor barrier.) A year later the odor is still very strong. Any solutions? Another spraying? Dehumidifier? Commerical solution? Scrubbing? Dessicant?
