I've been trying to remove a leaky shower faucet that's attached to the wall. I bought a faucet removal kit, etc., and can take the stem nut and packing nut out, but the stem and threads beyond are burried in the wall - and I cannot seem to get them out.
Short of taking out the tile (which means breaking it), is there anything else I can do to get the stem out and replace the washer. Please Help.
