After weeks of research and hundreds of questions to the "Pros" @ OTM (Oregon Tile and Marble). The very best way to bull nose and then polish granite is to first use a fine belt sand to shape and then use a disk sander with wet polishing wheels from fifty to three thousand grits, to do the job right. Make even passes over the full length of the edge until all rough surfaces have been buffed by each grit. If you find a dull spot in one area, you need to start over again, so it is best to be very thorough.
