Hi, I have a newer home (Built in 2000) and keep hearing a drip sound from my toliet. I noticed when I put bleach in and come back like and hour later the bleash is pretty much replaced by water. I looked at the filling mechanisim and it just is the plastic bouy thing with the cylinder that fills the tank (Water comes out the top). Although with this there is a small white hose that goes into a seperate plastic tube that it's perfectly lined with the water level. Thats where the water is dripping from.
Is this a wax seal issue or is it something else? Is there a way to tell for sure? I don't see any water on the floor(Tile) or anything like that.
