drill driver and charger

I have no comment,just a question. I purchased a portercable drill and charger last December at Lowes in Sumter, S.C and the one battery is worn out, will not recharge, and now the charger is not working, do you know who I can contact concerning this? We live in Harrisville, Mich, and the closest Lowes is 150 miles away, in Saginaw, Mich.
I would appreciate it if you could help me in geting this matter taken care of.
