Best oil-based poly to use?

I am getting ready to refinish about 700 s.f of antique
pine floors. Can anyone tell me what the best oil-based
polyurethane is? Unfortunately, in my area it seems
everyone carries Minwax and Varathane / Fletco.

Minwax is about $20/gal & Varathane about $36/gal. I
don't mind paying more if I can get the best product
available.
