You are running 75 Ohm Coax cable, probably RG-11 or something similar.
The attenuation in cable is so low that you could probably run a mile of it before the signal would attenuate to any great degree.
Coax is simply a conductor, there is NO DIRECTIONALITY to it.
As a matter of fact, if you can develope a uni-directional coaxial cable not using a ferrite dielectric you will become a multi-millioinaire within days. VSWR (voltage standing wave ratio) and reflection can be a problem if you don't have the proper impedance cable. So for instance on your 75 ohm system if you ran 10 ohm cable, you would lose alot of signal because of reflection and you would see constructive and destructive interference patterns.
