We have a bedroom that is on a concrete floor at grade level .The floor is a 1 inch high sub floor with 1 inch styrofoam insulation and plywood on top then your underpad and berber carpeting. the room smells very musty and we are thinking about getting new carpet. Is there any thing we can do to prevent this from coming back.?
