No signs of patching around the current 3" pipe.

It is block concrete, brick on the outside. Not sure of exact measurements, but around 1' or so thick total.

Also, do you happen to know off hand, is the 4" pipe req'd? That's what we are being told, but obviously the prior owners got away with 3". Thanks.
