I purchased a new HD 1300 power washer a couple of weeks ago at Home Depot 9/23/03 at their N. the North Florida Ave.Tampa Fl. store. The package was short 2 items, Inlet Screen Filter and Inlet Nipple, items 4 and 5. Talked with Jim in the customer service dept. . He said I would receive the parts in about a week.....no sign of it yet.
The package, upon opening, had a note as folows: Do not return to store but call us.
This is very poor business!! I'm going to return it to Home Depot and get one somewhere else. I can't even use your brand new machine because of missing parts.
