I had a small tube of Super Glue in my purse for over a week not realizing that I still had it there and that it would eventually spill. When I checked my purse this morning to look for my ring, I felt at the very bottom of the pocket something metallic and hard and when I took my stuff out, I saw my gold bracelet stuck at the bottom because of the dried Super Glue. I tried to pull out my bracelet and noticed that it started to rip not only the lining of the pocket but it started to tear the leather as well. I know that nail polish remover or acetone doesn't really work. I tried calling Home Depot, a hardware store, to check and see if they carry "Super Glue Remover" and was advised that they don't. I checked on-line and found that the company Pacer manufactures this product. I only need a small bottle which for them costs less than $2. I think it would be silly to pay more than what the bottle costs. Do you have any simple ideas. Thanks.
