Well block is a lot easier to chip than a solid pour........
You'll need a good sized COLD CHISEL to get to the middle of the wall........and gloves and a small mallet/sledge......WEAR YOUR GLASSES!.....
knock the old pipe out of the hole and look for any obvious "weak" areas you can use.........chip away at the hole until it's large enough to receive the new pipe........
