How does one clean dust from a recessed rad? Ours have metal covers which are affixed by 10 screws, and the covers protrude 1" from the wall. The covers and screws have been painted over for decades. Do we need to scrape all paint off and remove the cover to clean the rad, or is there a tool out there which will assist in cleaning thru the cover vent?
