I have a 7 hp 2700 psi 2.5 gpm Sears pressure washer (model 580767700). The owners manual (part #190231) is no longer available at the Sears parts web site.
There appears to be an oil bathed clutch assembly coupling the engine to the pump. There is a plastic filler cap on top of the clutch's finned aluminum housing, with some oil inside. It smells burned.
Should this housing be filled completely with oil, and, if so, what type/weight?
