recheck the wiring in the canopy ...and verify that the fan power wire, coming from the wall switch is securely fastened to the blue power wire coming thru the fan down rod. if none of the lights on the fan work it is clearly not getting power being switched from the wall switch to the light fixture. let us know what you found out...maybe when you bumped the fan,,,it was hard enuf to make the light fixture wire come separated from the power wire coming from the switch.
