I have to disagree with BobF. I live on a court and have a similar problem. I am told that the court slab moves very slightly and as much as several inches over time. According to the engineer this is refered to as "street creep" and fairly common if you live at the end of a court. In my case the slab pushed my driveway into the garage slab and the garage slab subsequently pushed the basement wall behind it "out of plumb". I also sustained multiple cracks in the foundation walls, mostly along the front portion of the foundation. This required some major structural repair. I suggest you cut out several inches of the driveway along the street and fill the void with asphalt to act as an expansion joint. Do not let the problem persist.
