Is it small enough that you can move it to the side? Then you can pour a foundation and slab floor. Set anchor bolts in the edges as you pour it. Then move the shed over the slab after about a week of cure time.
For the roof, you will have to figure out how to brace it up. Rafters are usually designed as triangles.
