Loose surround.

You can reapply the surround with drywall screws given there is a structure behind the surround at its attachment points to the wall.

I'd recommend pre-drilling some holes about 1/8" in the loose locations first. If you hit wood, it'll work, if you don't, it won't, that simple. If you don't predrill, the surround will probably crack. Also make sure the screws are applied only as tight as needed, overstressing the surround edges will cause a break.

If you don't hit wood, the surround wasn't installed properly, or without a nailer, and should be removed and reapplied to a correct rough-in.
