I am consdering installing vinyl siding or re-painting our home (masionite siding). I am not sure which would be the better alternative. I know that vinyl would be a better choice in regards to maintance. But how will vinyl siding effect the value of our home? If I decide to re-paint with a high quality paint, when will i have to repaint again? If I decide to paint, how often should I pessure wash?
