In our previous house we had glitza finish on our wood floors. It was fantastic. We have 4 dogs and the wood floor finish held up wonderfully. After 12 years, we moved out of state and we once again have cherry wood floors with a finish that is very unsatisfactory. After only 2.5 years the finish on the floors is flaking/peeling off. We live in VT and now need to get our floors refinished. We can't find glitza. What would you recommend as a finish on cherry wood floors in a household with 4 dogs??
