Hi: I have a townhouse, the basement is actually the first floor, so it is pretty dry. The builder has put some drywall there (for walkout condition), so there is only one side has concrete wall. I am about to do something to this concret wall. Can I just paint this concrete wall directly instead of putting drywalls on? If answer is yes, what should I do before painting?
