shower tile trim/molding

We tiled our bathroom shower/tub enclosure but ended up at the ceiling with little apprx. 1/2" pieces of tile to tile the wall all the way to the ceiling. These little pieces look silly and we want to put a piece of molding around top to hide the little pieces. However, we have drywalled walls at the ends of both of the shower end walls. The molding would have to go over tile and then end somehow at the point where the bullnose tile meets the walls on each end. Help. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
