rid smell of cigarette smoke from a framed oil painting.

I have a prized wildlife painting that i won from a tavern. Thing is it smell like stale cigarette . I cleaned the painting it self with a mild warm water and dish soap. I also cleaned the frame good front and back. I tried using a lemon scent furniture polish on the frame to kill the smell, but it still has a bit of an order! Is there any thing else i can do? Thanks Terry!
