I just had the Maytag repairman out to fix my Neptune 4000 washer again(motherboard and door latch-again)and complained again about the mold, mildew and odor. Maytag will send me a new gray seal (part # 22003610) and replace it for free. These seals are in such demand that they are backordered to the end of October, 2003. He said if that does not work, then they have another seal that is BLACK (part number 22003310) that will match the mold. Now you see it, now you don't. Unbelivable!!
