Wow, you were lucky to get anything from them! I do not know what their new warranty is, but I do know that the new ones we bought no longer have the sunlight protection the old ones did. I have fading on the bedding that is facing those newbies! I know what you mean about not seeing out of their fogged windows--horrible! When the dealer came to measure, I wanted to belt him when he said, "That's not so bad." Good luck with those old Hurds--you will need it!--Ann
