Slow Draining Toilet and Tub.

Need help. Am on City Sewer and have ran a 100ft long snake through my pipes and when I plunge my toilet it comes up in my tub. Have cast iron pipes with no clean out. Have used drain cleaner and nothing is helping.... thanks for any help...
