We have an area in our kitchen (12"x12"), which was damaged by a flying hot pizza stone, which left its mark after it completed it's mission. We have not replaced linoleum ourselves before, but are willing to strap on the toolbelt to get the job done.
First question: Is this wise or should it be left to the professionals?
2nd question: Is it possible to cut out a portion (full width strip) and replace the damaged area? (or does the whole floor need to go?)
3rd question: is there an advesive that is better than the rest?
