Only when it rains eh? Wonder if swer pipe leaving the smelly bathroom is broken in some way and when it rains, water backfeeds through pipe - do you see bubbles coming up through toilet bowl water? Could be the culprit....Are you on a septic system or county/city sewer? If septic, is this bathroom the last fixture to feed into the main before the main goes to the septic tank? If so, septic tank may not be installed correctly so rainwater fills it up and backs it up until it hits the first fixture in the house (i.e. this bathroom) if it is indeed the last fixture before the septic tank....
